Performance Fibres for High Temp Applications

A range of performance ceramic fibre products are available from Aug Rath Jun AG (Vienna, Austria) offering insulation materials for kilns, furnaces and ovens used in a wide variety of both laboratory and industrial applications, such as technical ceramics, electronic ceramics, graphites, ferrites, refractory materials, sintered components and glass - amongst others.

* Alumino-silicate bulk fibre and blanket, 1260°C and 1400°C.
* AltraTM 72%, 80% and 90% alumina fibres needled into blankets from 48kg/m3 to 128kg/m3, for use up to 1600°C
* KVS vacuum formed boards, 1260°C to 1800°C, from 240kg/m3 to 1440kg/m3
* Custom formed shapes and cylinders from 1260°C to 1800°C
* Cements, mastics, coatings, adhesives and rigidisers for use up to 1800°C
* Structural refractory boards and setters
* Custom cut strip modules - 1260°C to 1700°C with densities from 96kg/m3 to 225kg/m3
