American Standard Announces Quarterly Dividend

American Standard Companies Inc (Piscataway, NJ, USA) has announced its quarterly dividend and the results of proxy voting at its annual meeting.

The company's board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of 18 cents per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on 20 June 2007, to shareholders of record on 1 June 2007.
