TileSizer™ Unveiled
TileSizer™ Inc (Roswell, GA, USA) has just been released and is described as the first adjustable tile cutting tool for wet saws that easily allows for tiles to be cut in a safer, more effective manner.
Using patent-pending technology, TileSizer's professional design secures small tiles during the tile cutting process. It can also help minimise accidents by allowing secure manipulation of the tile and by providing a place for fingers away from the wet saw blade during tile cutting. “If you have ever cut tiles before, you know how dangerous it can be to have your hands too close to the wet saw blade,” commented the company. “This tool allows more distance between the blade and your fingers.”
TileSizer™ easily allows for horizontal, vertical and diagonal cuts. The flexibility of the tool accommodates a variety of tile shapes and sizes and allows for off-centre cuts, even diagonally. In addition, because the tile is secure throughout the entire tile cutting process, small tile pieces discharged during the cutting process are minimised. TileSizer™ uses rust-resistant components so that it can be cleaned and reused in the future.
