Refractories Engineers Celebrate 40th Anniversary
'Quality for the 21st Century' is the theme chosen by the Institute of Refractories Engineers for its conference on 11 October 2001, scheduled on this occasion to coincide with ME2001 at the NEC in Birmingham.
This one-day meeting will include speakers from Corus, Vesuvius, Unifrax, CICS, York Linings, Quay Minerals and the glass industry. On the evening prior to the conference, the IRE will celebrate its 40th anniversary at a special conference dinner being held The Belfry, Wishaw, which is about 15 minutes from the NEC.
