Complete Tile Plant For Sale Through Mohr Corp

Mohr Corp (Brighton, MI, USA) is currently organising inspections, scheduled for mid-March, to a ceramic wall and floor tile plant in Eastern China for which it is organising the complete sale.

This facility is being offered complete with all machinery and equipment, tooling and process technology. All equipment was a 1990s new installation and has now been idle since 2005 with all equipment cycled, turned on or otherwise maintained on a monthly basis since its closure.

The reason for closure is due to re-zoning of the real estate where the factory currently resides. The area has been re-zoned for purposes other than manufacturing and therefore the land must be cleared for other development. For this reason, the building and real estate in this offer are not included and this plant can be dismantled and relocated to the buyer's factory site.

This facility is located in the far East of China and is approximately 830km from Beijing. The plant is readily accessible by air from Beijing airports via airlines such as Air China, Shandong Air, China Eastern or China Southern.

The ceramic tile manufacturing operation comes complete for the buyer to immediately begin production. The equipment included in this offer will allow the manufacture of a wide range of indoor, outdoor and industrial grade tiles for use both in residential applications as well as commercially.
