MCP on the move
Mining & Chemical Products Ltd (MCP), a producer of a wide range of non-ferrous minor metals, alloys and chemicals supplied to world-wide markets, is to combine its UK commercial and manufacturing facilities at the company's established manufacturing base in Northamptonshire.
From 1 April 2001, the sales administration and shipping departments will be located alongside the company's processing and refining plant and laboratories in Wellingborough.
The company says that moving its commercial department from the offices in Laverstoke, Hampshire was a logical step as the six-acre Wellingborough site offers ample scope for expansion.
Key sales contacts remain the same: Managing Director, Steve Davenhill (bismuth products); Malcolm Harrower (indium and gallium); Sean Fuller (selenium and tellurium); and Glyn Morgan (low melting point alloys).
