International Conference on Chemistry & Chemical Engineering

From 13-15 September 2001, the Romanian capital Bucharest will host the 12th International Conference on Chemistry & Chemical Engineering (ICChChI 2001), continuing the series of conferences organised by the Faculty of Industrial Chemistry of the Politechnica University of Bucharest.

Guided by an International Scientific Committee, the organisers aim to provide a quality meeting for participants from both the industrial and academic fields.

The conference offers plenary lectures, oral presentations, three poster sessions and a research and industrial exhibition.

The presentations will run in eleven parallel sessions, covering a broad range of fundamental and applied aspects of chemistry:

Session 1   Inorganic Chemistry
Session 2   Biochemistry & Organic Chemistry
Session 3   Physical Chemistry
Session 4   Quality Control & Analytical Chemistry
Session 5   Biochemical & Chemical Engineering
Session 6   Inorganic Chemical Technology & Environmental Protection
Session 7   Organic Chemical Technology, Oil & Coal Chemistry
Session 8   Science & Engineering of Oxide Materials
Session 9   Chemistry & Technology of Macromolecular Compounds
Session 10   Corrosion & Electrochemistry
Session 11   Economical Engineering

The event will incorporate 'Electrochemistry - a Frontier Field of Theoretical and Practical Interest' and a call for papers for the whole event has been announced.

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and must include title, name(s) of author(s) and affiliation. At the top of the page you need to indicate the subject area and if you prefer an oral or poster presentation.
