Gruppo Majorca Commences Integrated Product Study

Gruppo Majorca SpA (Scandiano, RE, Italy) has announced that with the aim of tracing a personal, original creative route based on research into trends and styles, it has inaugurated a revolutionary new product study, with the goal of developing new lines that are one step ahead and can set the pace for future trends.

The company explained: “This is the idea behind the figure of the Trendsetter on Majorca’s staff, who gathers together ideas from élite consumer sectors and uses them to provide new, original ideas and input to manufacture products that bring trends in ceramics into line with those in the world of Furnishings, Fashion and Interior Design, thus creating a whole new, innovative take on the idea of the ‘global home’. The first important result this new strategy has yielded is ECHO: an innovative, avant-garde product; an absolutely unique, original line, never before seen on the Italian and international ceramics scene”.
