Fincibec Group Installs Further Tile Production Lines

Fincibec, the ceramic group headed by Angelo Borelli and based in Sassuolo, MO. Italy, has once again decided to boost output capacity by teaming up with Sacmi. A double firing line consisting of a PH1500 press and an EVA912 dryer - also suitable for monoporosa production - are currently being installed at the Naxos plant in Solignano (also in Modena).

At the Fincibec plant in Sassuolo, a team is installing a high performance line for the production of 50cm x 50cm tiles. This consists of a PH3800 press (2450mm clearance) and a new EVA984 dryer, a new generation of dryer specially designed for such press clearance. There are also three-cavity moulds for 50cm x 50cm tiles supplied by Sacmi Molds&Dies which will, according to the company, give excellent aesthetic flexibility because each punch is individually structured.
