Drayton Kilns Completes Major Iranian Contract

Drayton Kilns Ltd (Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffs, England) has announced the completion of a major kiln contract for one of Iran's largest sanitaryware companies.

The new 70 metre-long, modular tunnel kiln has been successfully commissioned at the Saveh factory of Chini Behdashti Armitage Co.

Commenting on the new installation, Chini Behdashti's Managing Director Mr. Vakili Moghadam praised Drayton's engineers for their attention and cooperation in completing the contract ahead of a tight delivery schedule and stated that "we are now the owners of a high quality tunnel kiln, operating in a very satisfactory condition".

The kiln is believed to be one of the largest built in Iran for many years and Drayton is now seeking to capitalise on the new installation with a marketing campaign in Iran and surrounding countries.
