Armstrong Appoints Rodruan Interim CFO
Armstrong World Industries Inc (Lancaster, PA, USA) has announced that William Rodruan will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer starting 1 April 2009 when Nicholas Grasberger assumes his new role as Executive Vice President and CEO of Armstrong Building Products. Mr Grasberger replaces Stephen Senkowski who is retiring. A search is underway for Mr Grasberger's successor.
With a strong business and financial background, William Rodruan has served Armstrong for 33 years in leadership positions throughout the company, most recently as Vice President, Finance of Armstrong Flooring Products Americas.
Chairman and CEO Michael Lockhart said: "Bill's breadth of experience with Armstrong will serve us well during this important transition. He played a critical role as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer during our Chapter 11 process”.
Mr Rodruan earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University.
