ArmorWorks Files Claim in Canada for $64 Million Damages

ArmorWorks Enterprises LLC (Chandler, AZ, USA), a leading provider of what it terms 'advanced survivability products', has announced the filing of a Statement of Claim in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto against Ceramic Protection Corporation, CPC Holding Corporation of America, Ceramic Protection Corporation of America, Protective Products International Corp, Protective Products of North Carolina LLC, and Larry Moeller, Stephen Giordanella, Keith J. Engel, Brian Stafford, Henry H. Shelton, Richard Torykian Sr and Dennis DeConcini. The Statement of Claim seeks damages in the amount of $64,250,000 million.
