Ukrainians to Stage Second Specialised Ceramics and Glass Exhibition


'GlassCeramTech' - the 2nd International Specialised Exhibition - will take place in Kiev, Ukraine from 8-11 October 2002. It is being organised by the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the international ceramic server CeraMMix 2000. The key production areas of the exhibition will include:

• Ceramics: building, refractories, household, technical, electro, superconducting etc.
• Glass: building, technical, container, household, special, mirror etc.
• Equipment and implements for ceramic and glass manufacturing and processing.
• Raw Materials: fireclays, kaolins, quartz sands, feldspars and other natural materials.
• Prepared raw and accessory materials, such as colours for ceramics and glass, lacquers, electrolytes, decoration facilities, powders etc.
• Ceramic building materials.
• Resources and energy retentive technologies relating to ceramic and glass manufacturing.
• Ecology and waste utilisation.
• Ceramic, porcelain and faience products.
• Specialised publications.

During the exhibition, the organisers have also planned for conferences, seminars and round tables with the following subjects to be covered:
