Slavuta Porcelain to Double Statutory Capital


According to Ukrainian Business Weekly, CJSC Slavuta Combine Budfarfor (Slavuta, Khmelnytsky region, Ukraine) is planning to boost its statutory capital by 2.2 times, to UAH 42.2 million through an additional issue of shares. This news was announced by the company recently.

The attracted funds will be used to replenish the company's working capital to finance its further expansion and production development. BUDFARFOR is one of Ukraine's largest sanitaryware producers. According to the enterprise, it is among the largest toilet and bathroom ceramic producers in the CIS and Eastern Europe. It produces ceramic sanitaryware as well as decorative items and household pottery. Finnish-Ukrainian Slavuta Holding Ltd owns 90.1516% of Slavuta Budfarfor according to the UBW report.
