Seminar on Packaging for Finely Divided Solids
Intertech (Portland, ME, USA) has announced that a seminar entitled 'Gaining a Competitive Edge Through Modern Packaging of Finely Divided Solids' will be held from 13-14 September 2001 at the La Mansion del Rio Hotel in San Antonio, TX, USA. The seminar will be led by Bob Drasner, Senior Consultant, Packaging Equipment Specialists.
Intertech says that filler manufacturers, pigment producers, and distributors of calcium carbonate, silica, kaolin, talc, ATH, wollastonite, titanium oxide, carbon black and iron oxide all have one thing in common - they all weigh and fill bags and FIBCs, load trucks and railcars and want to get better at it. This seminar is aimed at showing them how.
The latest methods of packaging solids with multi-wall paper and inclusion plastic bags, pneumatic and standard trucks and railcars will be discussed.
