Malvern Opens New Facilities at German HQ

Malvern Instruments Ltd (Malvern, Worcs, England) has opened an extended suite of offices, applications laboratories and associated customer support facilities at the headquarters of its German subsidiary in Herrenberg. These new developments will enable the company to accommodate an expanded Malvern team in Germany and to provide enhanced applications and technical support to its process and laboratory systems customers throughout the region.

With the acquisition of Bohlin Instruments in November 2003, Malvern added rheology systems to its product portfolio and is committed to investing in and developing its specialist teams around the world to provide the highest levels of service and support for these products. The addition of rheology capabilities, coupled with the continued success of Malvern's particle characterisation business in Germany, has been the catalyst for the expansion of the facilities at Malvern Instruments GmbH.
