Flawmaster 3000 Installation on Schedule at Ceramica Nulense

Surface Inspection Ltd (SIL) has successfully installed and commissioned 11 out of a total of 14 Flawmaster 3000s at Ceramica Nulense in Spain. The systems are now operating at their full potential. Training on these latest generation automatic tile inspection systems, carried out in SIL's local offices, as well as customer support from the company on site, is also accelerating the operation of the Flawmasters.

In addition, SIL's engineering team is paying particular attention to any queries or suggestions which arise through continuous use of the systems. Ceramica Nulense benefit from permanent technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as offered by Surface Inspection SL in Spain.

Each Flawmaster has a modem connection to Surface Inspection SL, which allows for remote access for instant problem diagnosis. SIL says that it provides these services as part of its ongoing commitment to optimising customers' tile production.
