CICS first and only accredited verifier appointed for EU ETS

On the 1st June 2004, CICS became the first and only UKAS accredited verifier in the UK capable of conducting baseline verification under EU ETS - clearly reinforcing their position as number one in CO2 emissions verification.

UKAS approval independently demonstrates that CICS has:

• The necessary competence & expertise to conduct baseline verification.
• 1200 man-days of baseline verification capacity availability.
• Internal administration systems capable of meeting the tight baseline timescales.

Baseline verification will require the appointment of a verifier, planning of the verification visit, completion of the visit, a fully independent check of the verification report and the final issue of a verification opinion. All this has to be completed by 31st August 2004. Failure to do so could lead to withdrawal of free allowances and the requirement to purchase these on the open market.

With such tight timescales involved, can you afford to take the risk of acting as a guinea pig for another potential verifier to achieve accreditation?

If you would like a competitive proposal from the country's leading accredited verifier then simply email your NAP data request & permit (for each installation) to glenn.cargill@cicsltd.com or call us on 01782 411008 for further information.
