Successful Disposal of Zanesville Stoneware is Announced
Robinson-Ransbottom Pottery Company (Roseville, OH, USA) has acquired the machinery and equipment, furniture, fixtures and tooling of The Zanesville Stoneware Company (Zanesville, OH, USA).Robinson-Ransbottom is expanding production under a lease agreement of the Zanesville Stoneware facility to produce planters, bird baths and other decorative ceramic products formerly manufactured by Zanesville. The Zanesville name and trademarks will be retired.
Mohr Corporation (Brighton, MI, USA) acted as the Exclusive Sales Agent for The Zanesville Stoneware Co in this sales/lease agreement.
