Net Sales Y-O-Y Growth for Yageo
Taiwan's Yageo Corporation has announced that world-wide passive component net sales for June 2004 totalled NT$1.401 billion, a drop of some 9.8% from May 2004 due to customers' biannual inventory counting.
The June figure represented an 18% increase over the same month in 2003. The accumulated sales from January to June 2004 were NT$8.704 billion, which showed a year-on-year growth of 13%. The second quarter sales in 2004 were reported at NT$4.505 billion, up 7% compared with previous quarter.
The results set a record high in three years.
