Ceramic Event for India Announced for 2003

An exhibition and conference - called 'Ceramics and Ceramic Technologies' - will be held alongside 'Glass Processing and Glazing 2003' at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India from 16-18 March 2003. Organiser Services International, also of New Delhi, said: "This is the most important international exhibition which offers a golden opportunity for global exhibitors to demonstrate their latest technologies, equipment and ceramic products in the Indian market and to share information and select partners among producers and consumers of India and other countries".

The company points to the fact that India's ongoing liberalised import/export policy, simplified procedures and new openings for foreign direct investments offer an excellent opportunity for exporting and importing state-of-the-art technologies, production equipment and designs.

The conference being held alongside the exhibition will highlight cutting edge technologies, innovations and ceramic products. The Pragati Maidan is described as an international-level exhibition centre located in the heart of New Delhi, 18km from the international airport and 2.5km from Connaught Place, New Delhi's main hub of business activities.

The exhibition charge for non-Indian exhibitors will be US$250 per square metre.
