Ferro Elects Richard Hipple to Board of Directors
Ferro Corporation (Cleveland, OH, USA) has announced that Richard Hipple has been elected to its Board of Directors. The Board has appointed Mr Hipple to serve on its Finance Committee. The election increases the number of members of Ferro's Board to ten.
Richard Hipple has served as Chairman, President and CEO of Brush Engineered Materials Inc since 2006. He joined Brush in 2001 and has held a variety of senior management positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Brush, he was President of LTV Steel Company, a business unit of LTV Corporation.
