Sun Capital Affiliate Closes Eljer Acquisition
Sun Capital Partners Inc announced that one of its affiliates had acquired the Eljer Plumbingware business from Jacuzzi Brands Inc.
Jason Neimark, Managing Director of Sun Capital Partners Inc, commented: "Eljer Plumbingware has been one of the most prominent names in plumbing fixtures for over 100 years, and we are anxious to assist the management team in enhancing the Company's brand equity and longstanding customer relationships. This is the second plumbing fixture manufacturer that affiliates of Sun Capital Partners Inc have acquired this year".
