Ceramic Culture Innovation Congress
The international congress 'Renewing Ceramics' is being heralded as a great opportunity to meet well known scientists and academics as well as journalists, authors, artists, designers and economists operating in the ceramic field in Europe. Delegates will be able to get updated on the latest economic and creative aspects as well as technical innovations. There will be an interesting range of lectures, discussion groups, presentations and field trips.
The organisers describe this four-day congress as a must-attend event for ceramic experts who want to take the chance of closer cooperation between universities, industrial enterprises and museums on a high international level.
A commentary, to be published afterwards, will present all results of discussions, lectures and discussion groups.
The congress is being held from 20-23 September 2004 in the historic surroundings of a former German porcelain factory - the Europaeisches Industriemuseum fur Porzellan in Selb-Ploessberg in Northern Bavaria.
