Breviary of Technical Ceramics Published
Fahner Verlag (Lauf, Germany) has announced the publication of 'The Breviary of Technical Ceramics'. This volume contains an overview of the materials, properties, manufacturing and machining of technical ceramics. It has been edited by the Information Centre on Technical Ceramics, a department of the Verband der Keramischen Industrie eV (Association of the [German] Ceramics Industry).With its description of ceramic appropriate design, bonding and joining techniques - backed up by many pictures and materials data sheets - the association says that this book is the ideal companion for the practical work of a user of ceramics.
The book (ISBN 3-924158-57-6) contains 197 pages with over 150 illustrations and costs 14.90 euro.
