Ukraine to Stage Fourth Special Ceramics Exhibition
The fourth staging of the specialised exhibition 'Ceramics' - organised by the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Association of Producers, Exporters and Importers of Ceramics - will be in Kiev, Ukraine from 16-19 April 2002.
The 2001 staging of this event gathered 81 producers, exporters and importers of ceramics from 10 countries: Germany, Italy, Spain, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Czech Republic, Sweden and the Ukraine itself.
The key production areas to be covered by the exhibition are:
• ceramics - building, refractory, construction, technical, electrical, superconducting, domestic and others.
• equipment and tools for ceramic production and processing.
• raw materials - fireclays, kaolins, quartz sands, feldspars and other natural materials.
• semi-finished and auxiliary products, such as dyes, paints, lacquers, electrolytes, decoration materials, powders etc.
• ceramic-based construction and building materials.
• alternative and energy saving technologies used in ceramic production.
• ecology and waste utilisation.
• goods made of ceramic, porcelain and faience.
• specialised publications.During the exhibition, there will be conferences, seminars and round tables covering:
• equipment, technologies and raw materials.
• management and marketing.
• export-import.
• investments.
• innovations.
• engineering and scientific researches.
• certification.
• customs regulations.
