Launch of the tile industry training plan
In collaboration with the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board), The Tile Association is launching a plan to implement training in the wall and floor tiling industry in Britain. Its aim is to provide a qualified wall and floor tiling workforce by 2005. The Tile Association says that this is "one of the most significant developments to happen to the tile industry for more than a decade".
This plan will be officially launched at Expotile, the national tile exhibition, at the NEC, Birmingham on Tuesday 23 January on The Tile Association's stand.
