Regional Measurement Surgery
NPL (Teddington, Middx, England) has announced a Regional Measurement Surgery for Thursday 14 February 2008, 11am to 6pm, taking place at the Coventry Metrology Centre, Coventry University Technology Park, Warks.
The ability to make consistent and reliable measurements is an intrinsic part of overcoming the challenges of operating in both engineering and manufacturing industries. It facilitates innovation and product development, supports efficient manufacturing, ensures product quality and demonstrates product specification and adherence to legislation.
This regional surgery offers delegates the opportunity to discuss their measurement needs directly with personnel from the National Physical Laboratory and Coventry Metrology Centre. NPL has several DIUS funded initiatives to assist UK industry solve measurement problems.
