SITI-B&T Group Grabs Major Deal with Master Tile in Pakistan
SITI-B&T Group has concluded a major commercial agreement with the tile manufacturer Master Tile & Ceramic Industries, one of the most important tile manufacturing groups in Pakistan.
The contract comprises the supply of technology for the new line dedicated to the production of biscuit and for the expansion of the existing plant dedicated to the production of glazed tiles.
The supply envisages the installation of a discontinuous mill of 34,000 litre capacity; a single-layer roller kiln complete with horizontal dryer with infeed opening of 2500mm, measuring 87.41 metres in length; and a single-layer roller kiln for the glazed line with infeed opening measuring 2500mm and length of 73.26 metres.
Both kilns have also been designed for the future production and firing of porcelain stoneware. Sizes that can be produced are 200mm x 250mm, 250mm x 400mm and 200mm x 330mm.
The supply is completed with the loading and unloading machines to back up the two kilns.
The production lines manufactured with the technology of SITI-B&T Group will allow the tile manufacturer Master to produce its products efficiently and with outstanding quality standards, improving its standing in the local market.
SITI-B&T Group reports that the customer has stated that it is fully satisfied with the capabilities and technological skills of SITI-B&T, which confirms its role of primary technological partner of complete plants.
The two lines are currently being assembled.
