Extended opportunity to make contact with specialist smaller potteries

More chances have been opened up for buyers to see the latest designs from some of Britain's leading smaller and specialist ceramic manufacturers with the announcement that Ceramic Showcase 2001 will, for the very first time, appear at two exhibition sites.

The main show will be in Stoke-on-Trent, in friendly surroundings familiar to buyers who visited have before. A wide range of products will also this year be available at the Advantage West Midlands Showcase 2001 stand at the Spring Fair in Birmingham (Hall 1). This will give buyers the opportunity to see products from the manufacturers taking part in the main Stoke exhibition and to make contact with companies.

Some buyers have yet to visit the main exhibition in Stoke. For those who are short of time but don't want to miss out, the organisers have now planned a Video Conferencing Facility which will link the Stoke exhibition with locations around the world. Buyers will have the opportunity to talk directly to exhibitors and see the full range of products on offer. Video conferencing will be available to everyone during the show's opening hours.

Showcase 2001 will continue to feature many new products and designs on show for the first time. The award-winning Designer Gallery displays the work of the new designers and gives visitors the chance to see at first hand the exciting potential of fresh new talent. Buyers can also discuss their own new concepts, designs, special commissions and souvenir ideas with manufacturers and designers alike.

Showcase 2001 takes place at King's Hall, Stoke-on-Trent from 31 January to 6 February. It is open at the Spring Fair at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham from 4-8 February.
