New Technology Produces New Lines at Paradyz in Poland

The new products presented by Polish ceramic group Paradyz at Cersaie recently included new porcelain tile collections created using LB's Croma technology. Collaboration between the two companies began a few years ago when LB supplied and started up two Easy-Color lines and two Dual model double-loading feeders.

LB also recently supplied and installed two new Cromaline lines, each consisting of an Easy-Color line and a Croma model 245 feeder. Depending on the product to be manufactured, the two Croma feeders can use spray-dried powders or micronised powders. For the time being there are two types of output sizes: 60cm x 60cm (three exits) and 45cm x 45cm (four exits).

The Polish group Paradyz, created through the merger between Ceramika Paradyz and Parady, a company that has been operating in the international ceramic market since 1989, now has five factories, each of which is devoted to a specific product. The Wielka Wola facility produces wall tiles; the facility in Opoczno produces mosaics, accents and small size tiles; the factory at Tomaszòw Maz produces large-format tiles for ventilated façades in the first plant, large-format rectified tiles in the second and floor tiles in the third.
