New Guide to Specification of Ceramic Wall and Floor Tile
The new Tile Association Contract Guide has 16 glossy pages of information, photographs and contacts. The guide details the current British and European Standards for tiles, adhesives and workmanship. It lists the characteristics which are tested to achieve these standards and then goes on to explain each type of tile available on the market, with illustrations.The second half of the publication gives details of tiling and tiling systems with an explanation of the different types of adhesives and grouts available, their characteristics and where to use them.
The brochure carries contact information in the form of advertisements from the leading suppliers in the UK. The association says that readers should find the answers to their technical queries, but where this is not the case, how to contact them direct for answers to specific questions.
