Multilayer Capacitor Launch from ATC
American Technical Ceramics (Huntington Station, NY, USA) has announced the introduction of its 600L, EIA 0402, NPO multilayer capacitor. ATC has completed qualification testing on this product line and intends to supply the 600L in 10,000-piece tape and reel for high volume applications.
The 600L Series was specifically designed for the most critical RF and microwave applications. This product is said to encompass the industry's lowest ESR and the highest voltage rating for its size, making it ideal for the most demanding RF and microwave small and large signal applications. The superior ESR characteristic of the 600L, according to ATC, makes it an excellent match for the most critical wireless transmit and receive (TR) applications. This product breakthrough, added the company, marks its continuing role as a premier player in component and packaging solutions for the RF, microwave and telecommunications industry.
