Major Architect Takes Up The Challenge At Tile and Stone Show

Just announced, the multi-award winning Australian architect Stephen Varady has designed a special tile and stone showcase which will feature at the Full Frontal Tile & Stone Expo (FFTSE). The exhibit covers a 120 square metre floor space, and a substantial area of wall tiling.

Stephen Varady admits that the FFTSE exhibit presented a very real challenge: "Two years ago, I was fortunate to win the Dalski Stone Award and I have designed other special exhibits of tile, but never on this grand scale”.

The exhibition, taking place from 17-19 April 2008 at the Sydney Showground, NSW, Australia,  features tiles produced by some of the world's leading manufacturers, including Italian majors Iris, Italgraniti and Cotto D'este and a blend of Australian natural stone products.

The floor tiling will be installed using Innvotech Solutions’ Tracloc product, an innovative dry lay tiling system, which has been Eco labelled by Good Environmental Choice Australia.
