Koch Industries Names Future President and COO


Koch Industries (Wichita, KS, USA) has announced that Dave Robertson will be the company's President and Chief Operating Officer when its subsidiary, Koch Forest Products Inc, completes its merger with and into Georgia-Pacific. Following that merger completion, which according to the announcement was expected 23 December, Dave Robertson will become only the seventh President of the company since its founding in 1940.

He has worked for Koch Industries and several of its subsidiaries for more than 21 years and replaces Joseph Moeller, who is set to become President and CEO of Georgia-Pacific Corp.

"Dave Robertson is a proven leader who clearly exemplifies our guiding principles," said Charles Koch, Chairman and CEO of Koch Industries. "His accomplishments in the past 20-plus years have significantly contributed to the success of Koch Industries.
