EPPIC Intellectual Property - The Way Ahead
After the successful Intellectual Property Workshop held in February 2002, the Electronics and Photonics Packaging and InterConnect Faraday Partnership (EPPIC) has organised a repeat event to be held in Sheffield (South Yorks, England) on 26 February 2003. The workshop format will be the same as before and will include lecture sessions, discussion groups and interactive activities.
The course is said to be ideal for all those who need an introduction to the IP issues faced by electronics and photonics companies today. The level is pitched so that those coming from a technical background will be able to learn the basics, but instructors are available to answer more legalistic enquiries.
Course content includes IP licensing, protection of IP and IP valuation.
The EPPIC Partnership will also hold a one-day seminar on display technology in Cambridge, England on 18 March 2003.
