Dudson Group Reinforces IT Capabilities
Leading UK manufacturer of ceramic hotelware and restaurant tableware Dudson Group (Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, England) has completed phase one of an IT infrastructure upgrade delivered by Professional Computer Solutions (Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, England).
Dudson Group, which supplies its products to many of the best known names in the hotel, restaurant and hospitality sectors throughout the world, recognised that in order to continue delivering high levels of customer service, further develop its world-wide communications network and build up a robust business infrastructure to support future growth, investment in its IT network was required.
PCS was commissioned to conduct an evaluation of the installed network and to make recommendations for an upgrade. On completion of the study, PCS was commissioned to upgrade Dudson's Citrix thin client network and provide new hardware and software products.
