CTS Corporation Completes Acquisition of Tusonix
CTS Corporation (Elkhart, IN, USA) has completed the acquisition of Tusonix Inc, a leader in the design and manufacture of ceramic EMI/RFI (electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference) filters, capacitor assemblies and related components. On 24 January 2008, CTS Corp announced that it had signed a definitive agreement and would close the deal by the end of January 2008. The acquisition will expand CTS’ technology and customer base within the components and sensors segment, adding approximately US$15 million of revenue in 2008.
CTS is a leading designer and manufacturer of electronic components and sensors and a provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) to OEMs in the automotive, computer, communications, medical, defence and aerospace and industrial markets. CTS manufactures products in North America, Europe and Asia.
