New Generation Joins ARBURG Management
As of 1 January 2005, significant changes have been made to the ARBURG (Lossburg, Germany) corporate management team. With Juliane Hehl, Renate Keinath and Michael Hehl, the third generation of the owning Hehl family have taken over the company's management.
Michael Hehl took on the role of spokesperson for the newly formed corporate management team at the beginning of the year. The former Chairpersons of the Management Board - Karl Hehl and Eugen Hehl - will take on advisory roles within the management team.
Juliane and Michael Hehl had already worked in positions of responsibility in the company. Juliane will continue to be responsible for the company's Marketing division and, in his role as partner, Michael's areas of responsibility will include human resources, quality and ISO certification.
Renate Keinath (daughter of a senior Hehl) will take on responsibility for the Human Resources division in her role as Managing Partner. She already has a close association with the company due to her involvement in executive committees.
The reorganisation of the corporate management structure also involved an addition to the salaried management team. After the successful expansion of the international sales network over the past four and a half years, Michael Grandt will now be concentrating more on the Accounts & Controlling division. He has passed on the management of the Sales division to Helmut Heinson, who joined the company at the beginning of the year.
