Qualceram Shires Completes Irish Property Disposal
Qualceram Shires plc has announced that the disposal of its Arklow Property in the Republic of Ireland has now completed.
The final consideration amounted to €30.025 million and has been received in cash. The final consideration had to be adjusted to reflect the fact that a road adjacent to the property had not been in the charge of Arklow Urban District Council.
Commenting on the transaction, John O'Loughlin, Chief Executive of Qualceram Shires plc said: “The consideration achieved represents very good value in a volatile and uncertain property market”.
