Debut of New Applied Ceramic Technology Journal
The American Ceramic Society (Westerville, OH, USA) has announced the appearance of the first issue of 'International Journal of Applied Ceramic Technology'. This new quarterly journal provides the most recent information on ceramic product development and commercialisation for engineers, manufacturers and research and development scientists.
Each issue, added ACerS, will focus on a high interest, high impact topic plus inclusion of a range of papers detailing applications of ceramics. Special topics covered in the first year will include fuel cells, nanotechnology, ceramic armour and thermal and environmental barrier coatings.
