The service provides information made available by CERAM Research Ltd and third parties. It has not been evaluated and you should check its suitability for the application you intend. In any event CERAM Research Ltd shall have no obligation or liability of any kind (in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise and whether directly or indirectly or by way of indemnity, contribution or otherwise howsoever) to you for any loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever (direct, consequential, special or otherwise) arising from your use of the information and whether or not resulting from any inaccuracy, insufficiency, error or other defect in the information or from the infringement of the rights of any person.
