Wade and Pokemon

Wade Ceramics (Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, England) has launched a range of merchandise to coincide with the current 'Pokemon' craze sweeping the nation. The first major multiple retailer to join the craze is J Sainsbury, which has snapped up the collectables to offer in selected stores.

The ceramic product range includes a plate, bowl, eggcup and mug, available separately or as part of a boxed breakfast set. A door finger plate and door knob set are also available.

The new Pokemon Merchandise will be offered in a red and yellow 'Pikachu' stripe, an 'Ash' motif and an 'All Character' design, from stores nationwide, retailing from £3.99 to £18.99.
The Pokemon products are being produced as part of a return to mainstream retailing for Wade, which hopes to expand the range in the coming months.
