VIT - the revolutionary cutting blade has arrived

Resulting from Tyrolit Vincent's experience as a world leader in the production and distribution of diamond tools for machining porcelain grés - VIT, the innovative cutting blade.

This revolutionary blade is the outcome of the endeavours of the company's R&D unit which, after extensive tests, has perfected a product with a unique value.

VIT is closely bound to Tyrolit Vincent's application of a new production process, offering multiple benefits:

  • the final productive capacity is three times higher than before (producing 100-120,000 discs per year)
  • costs have been slashed because of automation
  • the quality has increased through the standardisation of the product.

  • The VIT blade can be chrome or nickel plated - and even looks stylish.

It can be with continuous rim or, the only one up to now, with laser-cut segments.

The standard diameter is 300mm, and comes in various depths - from a minimum of 2mm to a max. of 6mm, with a diamond band of 10mm.

By providing an extensive distribution network in Italy and abroad at all the major cutting centres, Tyrolit Vincent offers users fast delivery of orders so they can simplify the management of their stocks.

An 'open-house' organised during the Ceramitec exhibition in Munich enabled a large number of customers to put the new VIT through its paces by testing it on all the different materials they each brought along.
