Turret Rai announces third in series of ceramics events in Asia

Turret RAI has just announced that 'CeramAsia 2002' - the third in its series of regionally focussed ceramic events - is to be held once again in Malaysia, the country it sees as leading the dynamic economic revival of the Asian tiger markets. The exhibition will take place in Kuala Lumpur in March 2002.

Turret says that with growth rates now approaching 10% per annum and a huge construction development programme for both commercial and residential property, Malaysia is spearheading the Far East's impressive recovery and is a lucrative market in its own right for suppliers for ceramic production and processing equipment, raw materials and semi-finished products. It adds that when combined with additional trade visitors from Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia, this target audience represents a unique opportunity for all companies selling into Asia's ceramic producing industry.

In addition to the exhibition itself, CeramAsia will include a programme of seminars and workshops presented by key figures from the international ceramic sector, together with field visits and a social programme - all designed to maximise the value of a visit to this unique event. The organiser plans to offer a full support programme for both exhibitors and visitors, including specially discounted air fares and hotel accommodation together with leisure break extensions for post-event relaxation.
