TevTech Delivers Graphitisation System


Industrial Heating (www.industrialheating.com) reports that TevTech LLC (Wilmington, MA, USA) has delivered a graphitisation system to Touchstone Research Laboratory in Tridelphia, WV, USA. The vacuum furnace has a 457mm by 508mm hot zone and an upper operating temperature of 3000C.

Touchstone will use the system to graphitise its carbon foam CFOAM(r) products. Applications range from fuel cell electrodes and aerospace parts to ship bulkheads and housing materials. TevTech provides turnkey high temperature vacuum furnace systems, support equipment and engineering expertise for the materials processing industry.
