Tecnargilla Announces Addition of 'Claytech'

Rimini Fiera SpA (Rimini, Italy) - the organiser of the (now) biennial ceramic supplies exhibition Tecnargilla - has announced that a new event, Claytech, will be officially launched at Tecnargilla 2004 which takes place from 1-5 October 2004. Claytech will draw together companies offering technological solutions for brick and roof tile production, a segment that was represented at Tecnargilla 2002 by around 100 exhibitors occupying a gross area of approximately 9,000 square metres.

As with Kromatech in 2002, once again it is the organiser's aim to enhance the profile and visibility of a sector that it feels merits specific attention, particularly given that it concerns a group of visitors who are only rarely interested in the other exhibit sectors at Tecnargilla.

The Claytech section will be held in a single exhibition area which will be clearly identified by customised exhibits and graphic designs and colours reflecting the new logo. However, Claytech will be more than just an exhibit area. It will also feature events such as conferences, seminars and displays specifically designed to attract the interest of visitors and exhibitors. Andil-Assolaterizi (the Italian Brick & Tile Manufacturers' Association) has already confirmed that it will contribute by organising several initiatives.

Rimini Fiera has also announced a series of marketing initiatives with the aim of attracting brick and tile manufacturers from around the world, including specific advertising and press campaigns; mailing and personal invitations for this target segment; and support for foreign visitors in organising their travel arrangements and accommodation.
