Heavy Clay Machinery Forms Part of Turkish Exporter's Portfolio


The Turkish company Altan Machine & Casting Co Ltd was formed as a small enterprise in Corum back in 1985. Today the company's production, that began with just machine manufacturing, now includes a steel casting foundry and Altan is these days an exporter.

Heavy clay machinery forms part of the company's current range, including brick and tile production machinery, as well as turnkey projects in both brick and tilemaking, for the provision of complete factories.

Altan also produces briquette coal production machines, foundry machines, steel construction machines, spare parts for ships, shipyards, cement and sugar factories, and the casting of steel, grey cast iron and spheroidal equipment and parts and their machining.

Altan has a closed area of 11,000 sq.m. plus an additional open area of 33,500 sq.m. in the Corum Organised Industry Zone. The company is certificated to ISO 9001-2000.
