Ceramic Section to Feature at BAU in Munich

BAU 2007, Europe's largest building materials fair, is fully expected to occupy all the available space - that is, 16 halls and outside areas as well - when it takes place at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre. The organiser, Messe Muenchen GmbH, is expecting around 2,000 exhibitors and says that earlier this year the biennial event attracted over 190,000 visitors, around 30,000 of whom came from outside Germany.

BAU 2007 will feature some 40,000 sq.m. of space dedicated to architectural surfaces in the eastern portion of the exhibition centre. Leading manufacturers from Germany, Italy, Portugal and Spain will present their latest tile creations on approximately 11,000 sq.m. of space in Hall A6, under the motto of 'Keramore'. As well as tiles and ceramic products, Hall A5 will also feature the section on natural stone.
