Susanne Klatten Appointed to Supervisory Board of SGL Carbon SE
SGL Carbon SE (Wiesbaden, Germany) has announced that entrepreneur Susanne Klatten has been appointed member of the Supervisory Board of SGL Carbon SE by Commercial Court order dated 25 November 2009.
Max Dietrich Kley, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SGL Carbon SE said: “We welcome Mrs Klatten – an anchor shareholder of the company – as a new member of the Supervisory Board of SGL Carbon SE. The entrepreneur Mrs Klatten stands for value oriented and long-term investments in leading technological and industrial companies”.
